Hi Peter, Just a note to say thank you, both cats are really enjoying their new cat tree, only managed to put it up a couple of days ago as I’ve been poorly. I’ve tried getting photos of them on the tree but it’s proving impossible as they jump down from the tree every time I appear near them!! hi, recieved as promised, its fantastic, great price, well built with great wood, it will last them a lifetime. It fitted in the corner of the catio perfectly. instuctions not needed as it was self explanitory to build. will send pics with cats if you want later on. regards graham

Just letting you know our boys are very happy with their kitty klimber. It took a little while for them to venture on to it, but now we can’t keep them off it. Hello there, The kitty klimber has arrived and has been assembled. It was up for about half an hour before encouraged by cat treats, Lula Mae was at the top. She is currently asleep on the top platform so I would say it’s a huge success. I will send you some pics when she’s looking a bit more interesting. Thank you for customising it for her, rushing the order through and making such products in the first place. Beverley

I just wanted to say thank you so much for delivering my Kitty Klimber. Your customer service is outstanding, and the Samuel is beautiful and very well made. My rescue cat, Pickle loves it. The only thing I wish I’d done is added some Manila rope as the little monkey has started to scratch it! Which is rather unusual being as she usually sticks to one area of the garden fence. Clare.

I recently purchased a wall climber from you for my mate Ripley & would like to say thank you, it took her a while, but she is up on the top deck every day keeping watch now, she really likes it, it didn’t need attaching to the wall, but I did just to make sure as she’s a big cat, the quality is great & it came on the day I requested. Dear Peter, Thank you for making the Samuel Wall Climber for my very timid cat Nova who prefers to just sit on the fence and watch the world go by. Our house overlooks a stream and this climber is a perfect addition to our back garden. It is absolutely perfect and she loves it.
