Please note: Our order book will be closed between 28th October 2024 and 22nd February 2025. Any orders placed between these dates will be shipped in early March 2025.

We are pleased to offer free delivery on our cat trees to the majority of mainland UK.

Klimbers are dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering and in extreme circumstances, if this is not possible, we will contact you to advise an estimated dispatch date. You will receive email notification of the dispatch of your Klimber.

Delivery is usually via UPS ’48 hour’ service to ensure that your Klimber arrives in perfect condition and as soon as possible.

Klimbers are shipped in strong packaging and require some assembly on arrival. Don’t be worried as full instructions are provided with the delivery and we are contactable by phone to assist you.

Due to courier charges, we regret that we are unable to offer free delivery to a small minority of UK post codes and Scottish Highlands.
